- Cut salmon fillet into as thin slices as possible.
- Flip first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Cook the salmon in oil until it has a golden color
- As everyday food: Serve with boiled potatoes, simple salad and dripping As Party food: With fried potatoes, your best salad and cheese sauce
