Instructions
  1. Cut salmon fillet into as thin slices as possible.
  2. Flip first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  3. Cook the salmon in oil until it has a golden color
  4. As everyday food: Serve with boiled potatoes, simple salad and dripping As Party food: With fried potatoes, your best salad and cheese sauce
