Serve with Cocktails.
  • 600g Norwegian Salmon fillet ps with skin
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1pcs lime
  • 1tbs Sunflower oil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 12slices Sandwich toast
  • 1small Head of lettuce
  • 8slices bacon
  • 4tbs Tomato ketchup
  • 3tbs Mayonnaise
  1. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water and dry it with a kitchen towel. Cut the fish into 8 slices of equal thickness, season with salt and pepper. Squeeze the lime and sprinkle the fillets with half the juice, then brush them with oil.
  2. Cut the avocado into slices and sprinkle the remaining lime juice over them, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown the toast on the grill or in a toaster. Grill the bacon until it is crisp, add the slices of salmon and grill it for two minutes.
  4. Spread four slices of toast with ketchup and cover them evenly with salmon and bacon. Place four slices of toast on top of this and spread them evenly with mayonnaise, salad leaves and avocado. Put the remaining four slices of toast on top of this.
  5. Hold the finished sandwiches together with cocktail sticks and cut them into triangles.
