Norwegian prawn pasta salad
Pasta salad with prawns
  • 300g prawns, peeled
  • 500g pasta penne
  • 4 portion(s) rocket lettuce
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 100ml pesto, red
  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water
  2. Make tomato pesto or use ready-made in jar
  3. Cook vegetables (onion and bell peppers)
  4. Mix pasta, prawns and vegetables together
  5. Serve on a bed of salad
