Roasted Salmon – Salmon Dish
Serve salmon with pear salad and boiled potatoes
  • 700g salmon fillets, skin and bones
  • 4tablespoons flour
  • 0.5teaspoon salt
  • 0.5teaspoon pepper

  • 4pcs pear
  • 200ml Crème Fraîche, lightly
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. • Divide the salmon into pieces, and wipe it lightly with a paper towel. • Mix the flour, salt and pepper well in a bread bag. • Place salmon pieces in the bag and turn so that the salmon are covered. • Shake off over excess and cook the salmon on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
  1. • Grate the pear and stir in the crème fraiche. • Season with salt and pepper.
