How To Cook Salmon Nuggets With Dip
Serve salmon nuggets with baked potatoes, seasoning dips and tomato salsa.
Ingredients
  • 400gm salmon fillets without skin and bones
  • 2tablespoons flour
  • 1pcs eggs
  • 4tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 1cup sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper
Baked Potato
  • 600g potato
  • 1dl sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper
Spices Dip
  • 0.5pcs lemon
  • 1dl light sour cream
  • 1ml mayonnaise
  • 0.5tsp mustard
  • 0.5tsp taco seasoning
  • 2teaspoons sugar
  • salt and pepper
Tomato Salsa
  • 2pieces tomato
  • 2tablespoons basil fresh
  • 1teaspoon ketchup
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Set the oven at 240 ° C. Cut the salmon fillet in the sticks and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Flip the salmon rods in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in a mixture of breadcrumbs and taco seasoning. Bake the salmon pieces on medium hot skillet on all sides until they are golden.
Baked potatoes
