Salmon teriyaki sauce
Serve fish with sauce, rice and a fresh salad. Course: Main Dish Serving: 4 people
  • 600-700 g salmon fillet, skinned and boned
  • 2teaspoons salt
  • 1bottle teriyaki sauce
  • oil for frying
  • for serving: basmati rice salad
  1. Sprinkle salt on the fish and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Drying the salt. Place the fish in a dish and pour over the teriyaki sauce. Turn the fish so it is well covered by the sauce. Leave it to soak for about 10 minutes. Wipe the fish and fry it in oil on both sides. Pour teriyaki sauce and let the fish pulling on low heat until it is fully cooked, 5-6 minutes.
