Tortilla with Salmon
Ingredients
  • 500g salmon fillets, skin and bones
  • 1piece onion
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 7tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1ml tacos sauce
  • 8pc tortillawrap
Instructions
  1. Cut salmon into cubes.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil along with taco seasoning.
  3. Add water and taco sauce and give it all to the boil.
  4. Add the salmon and turn gently so the sauce covering the salmon.
  5. Place the lid and pull the frying pan away from the heat. Let everything simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Warm tortilla wraps according to instructions on package.

  1. Warm tortilla wraps according to instructions on package.
  2. Have also corn, cheese and light sour cream into bowls.
  3. Fill warm tortilla wraps with salmon, vegetables and cheese, and serve with light sour cream.
